Our students enjoyed a wonderful day together at the Calgary Zoo, creating memories, exploring, and learning outside the classroom.

Last week, during Catholic Education Week, we also had the chance to connect with all of our students - chatting and checking in.

We are grateful for the many experiences that allow our students to learn, grow, and connect with one another both inside and outside the classroom. Thank you to our staff, students, and families for helping make our school community so special. ✝️💙

This weekend we celebrated the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, His victory over sin and death, and the promise of new life for all.

May the joy of the risen Lord fill your hearts with hope, peace, and faith.

We pray that our students, families, and community have a blessed Easter season as we rejoice in His love and grace!

Holy Week is a time to pause, reflect, and walk with Christ through His Passion, death, and resurrection. May our hearts be open to His love and sacrifice.

Our international students came together for an amazing day of skating (and some sledding) at Bower Ponds! Lots of laughs, learning and community along the way! ⛸️❄️

Gingerbread houses, cinnamon buns, and hot chocolate — the perfect way to spend a cozy Saturday morning! 🎄✨ It was so wonderful spending time with our amazing international students and homestay families!

Hey, global crew! Week 2 of Advent is here!

Today we lit the second candle – it’s the candle of PEACE (and also the one that says “stop stressing about finals and winter break travel!”).

This week is basically a worldwide reminder to slow down and breathe while the whole planet rushes around buying gifts and eating cookies.

Three tiny ideas you can actually do this crazy week:

Two-Minute Peace Break
Close your eyes, breathe in for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds… repeat 5 times. Do it before bed or between classes. Works anywhere!

Send One “Thinking of You” Message
Text or voice-note a parent, sibling, or friend back home. Takes 30 seconds, makes someone’s whole day.

Be Extra Nice to One Person Who Looks Stressed
Share your notes, let someone go ahead in the cafeteria line, or just smile. Small kindness = instant good vibes.

We’ve lit the first candle on our Advent wreath – the candle of HOPE! This week, we’re reminded that Jesus is the light coming into our world. Even when life feels busy with exams, practices, and Christmas prep (and maybe a little stress😄), God’s hope never fades.
