“I’m Not Creative” Is Holding More People Back Than They Realize.
When people say “I’m not creative,” it’s rarely about ability.
It’s about not wanting to feel uncomfortable trying something new.
Brené Brown’s research shows that vulnerability is the willingness to try without knowing the outcome it is essential for growth and leadership.
At work, that can feel risky.
In the right environment, it becomes powerful.
RDP’s Summer Series workshops do just that – we create a safe space to:
• explore ideas without judgment
• experiment and adjust
• build confidence in unfamiliar situations
These aren’t just creative exercises - they’re opportunities to strengthen:
✔ problem-solving
✔ adaptability
✔ innovative thinking

This summer, try something different.
RDP’s Summer Series offers hands-on creative workshops designed to help you:
• approach challenges from new angles
• think more flexibly
• experiment in a low-pressure environment
