Don’t let your external circumstance define you!

In this edition of road trip reminders, I address the idea of where you receive your value and self worth. If you rely on your circumstances or surroundings to define who you are as a goalie, you are setting yourself up for failure.

Regardless of what is going on around you, you can control your thoughts, your feelings and your work ethic. You get to write your own story. Don’t let others write it for you.

Our Tuesday morning program officially begins Sept 15!

This program, that is designated for goalies 12 and under, absolutely exploded last year which saw over 25 goalies in Central Alberta choose to focus on their development and push to improve. We are excited to continue to focus on building the next generation in between the pipes!

Our first official summer of the Pro-Gram was phenomenal!

This was the last remaining group from our Pro-gram last week after many others had already left to report to their teams. Our Pro-gram was built for goalies that have been with us for years and are now moving into junior, college or pro. This group feels less like a bunch of random skilled goalies, but more like a family. Good luck to all of them in their upcoming seasons.

Shout out to these goalies who were part of the Pro-Gram as well:
Drake Mooney
Ridleigh Hansen
Ray Musgrove
Kaleb Blatz

Every Friday we run our Mentorship program from 645-8am in Penhold. This program is for elite goalies ages 13 and older.

Don’t miss out on next week or any Friday moving forward. To register just send us an email.

What a way to finish an amazing camp season!

Our first ever ringette camp, combined with our Camp Athena’s was a great exclamation point to the of camp season. These girls were lots of fun and pushed themselves to get better over 4 ice times.

We now move on to the fall and keep the pedal to the metal right into September!
