Our dear leader, Joseph Stalin, the "Man of Steel" has passed away due to a massive hemorrhagic stroke involving his left cerebral hemisphere. Nikita Khruschev will be replacing him and we must hope that he is just as strong, maybe even stronger.

I hope your younglings are enjoying their youth organizations, not everyone is allowed to join those, you know. But this is important, they need to learn their proper roles in the country. Also, thanks to those who joined us in our trials and for spreading the word about those criminals. Finally, we're going to have an election every 4 years so be sure to read up on the runners. Although, there's really only one runner but I've been told that I need to pretend there's more than just one runner. Rest assured, the Communist Party has already approved the individual running and will continue doing so in the future.

This is an elimination of political opposition with no other parties being allowed to run in case of different ideologies and no other individuals being allowed to run that hasn't already been discussed and checked repeatedly at the risk that they don't follow the proper agenda of the state.

Btw, the NKVD is also responsible for the repression of the wealthier peasantry and is overseeing the protection of the Soviet borders and espionage. They are enforcing our Soviet policy in communist governments and puppet governments in other countries, such as those in East Germany, Albania, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria.

Eliminating the other political rivalries and placing in carefully chosen Communist leaders is a rejection of political competition as well as competition between individuals to gain achievements and try their hardest.

I am pleased to announce that Pravda, our wonderful, trustworthy newspaper, has successfully prevented someone's death - uh, I mean, someone's detainment - by redacting a section. However, be sure to let the NKVD know if someone's being anti-communist. Remember, the benefit of the collective over the individual.

A rejection of personal freedom of speech and the right to live since if someone speaks unkindly about Stalin, they die or are detained. Then self-interest is sort of being rejected since the collective is supposed to be thought of as more important than the individual but it also benefits individuals if they tattle about others about their involvement with the political opposition.

We're setting up camps. I am happy to introduce to you all... the Gulag. At least the refounding of the Gulag. They are going to be in charge of our forced labour camps that make sure those who are misbehaving and not in the right mindset are set straight. As we know, our police NKVD are the ones responsible for detaining opposers, whether it be violently or peacefully. So make sure you don't do anything... out of the status quo.

As previously mentioned but clearly not specific enough, anyone who believes in Trotsky's lies will be punished in front of the state or privately. Don't believe the capitalist stooge's words, he is to blame for all of our problems. For the failures of our great republics, for the terrible inequality that comes from anywhere.

I'm also introducing a new history book into school, called "A Short History of the USSR" which is required to be taught at ALL schools. You will learn about my role in the revolution and the brotherhood that I shared with our dear Lenin. Additionally, kids are now mandated to join an organization based on their age. We have the Octrobrists (8-10 yrs), the Pioneers (10-16 yrs) and the Komsomol (19-23 yrs). You will learn how to properly contribute to our great society and ensure that you will not be a problem in the future... While our younglings will be experiencing new fairytales that have been approved and written by our Proletkult. Poems with proper communist ideals will be published and encouraged to be read throughout our cities and states.

Mass destruction of pre-revolutionary, foreign books and journals from libraries will be occurring soon. Also, The Law of Life is not allowed to play... so don't watch it. You will be punished.

Personal freedom is being rejected since people don't have the option to view other perspectives and the correct history. Also threatening lives if someone does try to gain access to media that is not wanted.

I am happy to announce that my new nickname is "Uncle Joe." Please ensure that you spread the word of my benevolence and that any pictures of me glorify me. However, I know that I don't have to worry about this because my friends, the NKVD, have assured me that any and all publications of me are entirely positive.

Personal freedom of speech is being ignored since the writings must be positive and are most likely untruthful considering Stalin's actions during the Cold War and his involvement with Holodomor.
