We have had a few parents get logged out of Edsby in the past couple of days, so we want to provide a couple of troubleshooting tips:
1. The school/district server is nwsd
2. Make sure your phone operating system is up to date
3. Make sure the Edsby app is up to date
4. If you don't remember your password, please use the self-service password
5. If your notifications are not working, Edsby's advice re: notifications is to reset notification settings back to default and then set them again to your preferences
The Edsby Parent Support Page has lots of great resources to help you out: https://www.edsby.com/support/parents/
