Our students had a wonderful time at the Community Garden today preparing the soil and planting their seeds! A huge thank you to Jan for all of your incredible help and guidance.

Healthy eating can be fun! For our 'Month of Munch' challenge, elementary students prepared a healthy 'Ants on a Log' snack to share with friends and staff. It was enjoyed by all, and we had so much fun making it!

What a wonderful time we had exploring new fruits and vegetables during our Month of Munch challenge! Our students got to try everything from yams and dragon fruit to eggplant, papaya, Caribbean sweet potato, plantains, Asian pear, jicama, and lychee. A huge thank you to Mr. Sam and Mrs. Bev for all their help with the cooking!

As part of the Month of Munch Challenge, elementary students took virtual tours of a standard farm and a sheep farm. Following the tours, they put their creativity to work in Minecraft, building their own virtual sheep farms complete with all the necessary farm buildings.
