I am a highly specialized educator and learning specialist with 25 years of classroom and intervention experience in British Columbia. Certified in the Orton-Gillingham (OG) approach, I specialize in providing evidence-based, structured literacy remediation tailored to students from kindergarten through to a Grade 7 reading level, including those navigating dyslexia, dysgraphia, and complex learning differences.
In addition to deep pedagogical expertise, I hold Level 2 Behaviour Intervention training. This unique combination allows me to pair rigorous academic intervention with compassionate behavioral support—helping younger learners navigate the frustration, anxiety, and focus challenges that often accompany learning differences. Whether working with neurodivergent learners or students needing intensive foundational reading support, I am dedicated to rebuilding academic confidence and fostering a genuine love for reading.
