Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Pregnancy Outreach Program is open to individuals that are seeking information and/or support while pregnant or after baby is born. We are non-judgmental and support participants to have as healthy pregnancy and baby as possible. Individuals can self refer at any time during pregnancy or until baby is 6 months old.
