QHS Outdoor Ed Program

The Outdoor Ed Program at Quebec High School is a unique initiative to introduce and immerse our students into a world of experience based learning.

The goal of the Outdoor Ed Program is to allow students to interact with the natural environment in a way that allows them to discover themselves as well as an appreciation for the natural world. Students will be introduced to various outdoor activities throughout the school year that will challenge them mentally, emotionally and physically. The objective of these activities is to support the development of essential life skills such as physical health, team work, communication, independence, leadership, self-confidence and social awareness.
