I am baaaack!

Part of my summer was spent in Greece.
Spreading the joy of belly dancing across this great planet of ours, one shimmy at a time, lol!
Don't be surprised if there is a little bit of Greek inspired moves in my repertoire.

Happy Fall Equinox

Fall is a time of transition.
The temperature gets cooler, the leaves start turning lovely shades of yellow, orange and red.
We all move indoors and look for ways to keep ourselves engaged and healthy thru our "Wetcoast Winter".
Perhaps now is the time to try (or come back to) contemporary belly dancing.
Not only do you stay in shape, but get some laugh therapy in the process.
Think about it, and reach out to me, if you are interested.

Cheers,
Elaine De Roy

Enjoy your summer and I will see you in the Fall.

I plan on spending some time relaxing in my yard, and hanging out with friends and family.

When I see you again in the Fall, I will have completed new programming for my classes.

Spring is here!

Time for new beginnings and renewal
Time for growth and energy,
Time for blooming and flowering.

As we step out into the Light, and say goodbye to the Darkness.
I am looking forward to the good things, that Spring always seems to bring with it, the birds returning and the flowers peeking their heads up out of the soil.

If you have new energy and are looking for ways to use it, right now.
I currently have space available in the following classes:

Beginner belly dance classes on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays at 3:00pm.

Advanced belly dance classes on Thursdays at 6:30pm.

(Sorry Intermediate class is currently full)

Let me know if you want to join in, by emailing me at
