Science shows that a body in movement is a body and brain engaged! We intentionally have two 30 minute recess breaks in the school day, which is amazing for regulated bodies and open minds for learning!

The academic time between breaks is incredibly fruitful and learning is deeply internalized, because the body and brain have been given what they need to absorb knowledge and put it into practice!

At our school, we work with the body's natural rhythms of development, and optimize the school day to its fullest.
