It is time to wrap up the season! Please ensure all uniforms and equipment are returned promptly to the designated coaches.

Stay active and have fun after school!

"Panthers Play," our FREE after-school program for all PDHS students, runs every Tuesday from 3:00-4:30 PM, starting April 14.

Activities include:
✅ Open Gym
✅ Weight Room Club
✅ Table Tennis
✅ Community Room Games

We also provide healthy snacks! 🍎

**Don't forget: an after-school bus leaves PDHS at 4:30 PM, dropping off towards Wallace/Malagash. Make sure to sign up by Monday each week. Visit the main office with any questions.

Get ready for a busy week, Panthers! From the track to the gym, here is what’s happening at PDHS from April 7 – April 10.

The Regional Science Fair Results Are In!

After their electricity-free presentations, winners of the Chignecto Regional Science Fair were announced late Thursday, and our Panthers performed admirably! In the junior category, Agamjit Singh (7), and Alexis Cheesman (8) placed first and second, respectively. Additionally, Alexander Wells (7) received “Best Oral Presentation” and Zakary McEachern received an honourable mention. Our grade 9s were competing in the senior category, where Mya Mundle received 1st place as well as best oral presentation, and Sarah Williams was selected to move on to the Canada Wide Science Fair in Edmonton, Alberta! Well done to all who participated, and Congratulations to the winners!

PDHS Represented at the Regional Science Fair

Sound reasonable? Power outage? No problem! 13 students from Pugwash District High School attended the Chignecto Regional Science Fair in New Glasgow on March 25th along with other students from around the region. Four presented in the Senior category and nine in the Junior category. Students presented to multiple judges through the day, even in the midst of a town-wide power outage! Due to the power outage, we will not know results immediately, but our Panthers all did a great job presenting and represented our school well!
