Panthers’ Volleyball had a busy weekend with four teams in action!

Our senior teams faced some tough competition and battled through every set with perseverance, determination, and grit.

Our Jr. Girls’ Development Team played in their very first tournament and showed so much growth throughout the day, especially with their serving and passing. What a great start to their season!

And a huge congratulations to our Jr. Girls’ League Team, who came out on top of a 12-team tournament in Wainwright!

So proud of the growth, effort, and determination shown by all four teams this weekend. Way to go, Panthers!

Let’s Go Rural! High School Skills Event

Are you interested in exploring a career in healthcare?

Students have the opportunity to take part in the Let’s Go Rural! High School Skills Event at the Provost Health Centre on Thursday, October 29, 2026.

This hands-on day will give students the chance to tour the health centre, meet local healthcare professionals, and try out a variety of interactive skill stations while learning more about careers in rural healthcare.

Interested in participating? Please check out the information below and return the required forms to the school by Friday, October 2, 2026.

A great opportunity to learn, explore, and discover what a future in healthcare could look like!

On Tuesday, September 29, our school will recognize Orange Shirt Day. We invite students and staff to wear orange as we honour residential school Survivors, remember the children and families affected by residential schools, and recognize that Every Child Matters.

Please note that there is no school on Wednesday, September 30, in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Congratulations to both our Jr. Girls’ and Sr. Girls’ Volleyball teams on earning 2nd place at their tournaments this weekend! Both teams competed hard, battled through some great matches, and showed tremendous determination from start to finish. We are so proud of the way they represented our school, both on and off the court.

A huge thank you to all of our volleyball parents and supporters for helping make the weekend a success! To everyone who drove, cheered from the sidelines, donated, worked in the booth, score-kept, and supported our teams in so many ways. We appreciate you more than you know! Your support makes a difference.
