We are in the beginning stages of organizing another CULINARY trip for this fall.

Here's what we are working on:

Indigenous youth / young adults from remote or northern communities across Canada will be invited to Vancouver, BC for a week. We organize everything including travel, accommodation, meals, excursions. We are hoping to find full sponsorship for this program, but you may be asked to financially contribute.

While you are here you could learn from professional chefs in a commercial kitchen, assist with preparing for an evening service in a restaurant, explore Vancouver's food scene and discover the different educational programs that are available across the country in multiple culinary career paths.

Seats are limited and we are trying to get an idea of how much interest there would be in this program in order to decide if we should organize one or two culinary focused trips this fall.

📚Pacific Coast School will be open next Monday, August 31st, 2026. We will be accepting applications for enrolment. Our school is from Grade 10-12.
📝School starts on September 8th, 2026 and that will be our Learning Plan week.

💜🎓 Graduation for Pacific Coast School is at 6PM at the Lester Centre on Thursday June 18th.
🎓 Graduates need to arrive at 5:15PM.
💜 Families are welcome to come in at 5:30PM.
