Hey there Lac des Bois families! This last week had some great weather to get out there and enjoy some events; here is hoping that next week is more of the same. There are a lot of fun things to do around PG!

LEGOtime! | August 17th | 3pm to 5pm | Bob Harkins Branch of the PGPL
This fun time is still happening every Monday at the PGPL; they have the LEGO, you bring your imagination.

BBQ for Parkinson PG | August 20th | 11am to 2pm | Canadian Tire
Stop by Canadian Tire to enjoy some generously donated hot dogs, burgers, chips, drinks and prizes in support of the Parkinson PG Support Group. You can also find out more information about the upcoming BC Parkinson Superwalk in September.

Come on out to experience this year’s Touch a Truck event, where kids of all ages can meet all of their favourite vehicles and things that go vroom! This year includes a by donation BBQ hot dog!

Youth Learn to Fish | August 22nd | 11am to 1pm | Shane Lake - Forests for the World
The second free fishing lesson of the summer, register to join Go Fish BC in learning how, where, and when to catch fish. Fishing rods are provided for kids 5-15 with parent participation.

Hello everyone! I hope you all managed to get some fun activities in before the worst of the smoke rolled in today. Let’s take a look at some of the fun events coming up that are going to wrap up the month of July and lead us into our BC Day long weekend!
