IFSA UNBC

IFSA UNBC IFSA UNBC is the International Forestry Students' Association local chapter at the University of Nor for 2 weeks to learn about the province's forests.

IFSA UNBC is part of the UNBC Forestry Club and aims to connect forestry students from northern British Columbia, Canada to an international group of colleagues and peers. Being part of the International Forestry Students' Association (IFSA) allows students from all over the world to meet with fellow students, academics, industry and community to exchange knowledge about one of our most important resources: our forests. In 2014, together with local committees from TRU and UBC, IFSA UNBC hosted the 42nd International Forestry Students' Symposium (IFSS). For the first time ever in IFSA history, 110 delegates from 32 different countries came to B.C.
