Meet Leah: Dedicated Child and Youth Worker
Hello, I’m Leah, and I am passionate about working with children and youth. With
over 15 years of experience in this field, I have had the privilege of supporting and
nurturing countless young lives. My professional journey is built on a strong
educational foundation, holding both a Child and Youth Worker degree and an Early
Childhood Education (ECE) certification. Throughout my career, I have primarily focused on working with children with special
needs, dedicating my efforts to create inclusive, supportive, and empowering
environments. My approach is centered on understanding each child’s unique
strengths and challenges, and tailoring my methods to meet their individual needs. In my various roles, I have developed and implemented programs that promote
social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. My
goal is to help each child I work with reach their full potential, while also providing a
safe and nurturing space for them to explore and express themselves. Building strong, trusting relationships with both the children and their families is
essential to my approach. I am committed to open communication and collaboration,
ensuring that every family feels supported and involved in their child's development
journey. I am excited to bring my experience, dedication, and passion to Tyke Town Early
Learning, and I look forward to contributing to a community where every child is
