She’s been a member since mid-March and has crushed the accountability part, already shedding massive lbs in her journey, and often doubling up on compatible sessions to make larger impacts. We love her get-it-done work ethic and her fun and lively presence around the studio, especially in Tabata. So glad you’re part of our fit fam, girl ♥️

It was fitting that Trina’s 100 class landed on a Hardcore B***y class! She’s been putting in the hard work, getting to classes consistently and her strength and form are coming along amazingly!!! Always love having you in class Trina!!!! So glad you’ve joined our community!!!! Now onto 200, and more gains! 🤩😎🎉

This beautiful human hit a big milestone this week.. 500 for Lia! Lia is a prime example of consistency around here… continually showing up and putting in the work even on the day’s heading straight home sounds so tempting, even when she’s got aches and pains, or life is life’ing she shows up and puts in the work. Always giving support to those around her, cheering on a friends PR, or helping making someone new feel welcome and comfortable. Lia we are so happy to have you in this fit fam… onto 600 and smashing through more goals.

500 means something. It means you didn’t back down when it got tough and you kept going. Workout after workout…grinding through it all. That’s Sarah, alright! She complains but don’t we all? 😘 She’s happiest with her buddy and waited until 501 so they could celebrate her 500 together ❤️

This woman smashes all the goals she puts her mind too. Doesn’t matter how busy life gets or what injuries or set backs she keeps showing up for herself, and cheering her friends on along side her!
