In September, 2006, the Ministry of Education announced a new provincial resource program: The Provincial Outreach Program for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (POPFASD). Our mandate is to increase educators' capacity to meet the learning needs of students with a Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. Program Goals:
