We are recycling for a down payment on a house and bit of property to raise two of our grandchildren
Our total going into the new year is 1880.00 and we will have a full truck load or two when spring comes as we can't get to the shed right now to get any boxes out and we are filling up down stairs right now
We have an apt with our financial advisor this Friday Jan 9th 2026 to apply for a pre approval
Amount, we have a good sized down payment and my credit score has improved greatly in 2025.
Will keep ya all posted if we get a pre approval or not
