Additional instructors include Ryan and Bo Byrne. Bull Riding for every level of competitor, from beginner to advanced by Luke Snyder. Additional instructors include Tanner Byrne and Chad Besplug. Come join us in the "NEW" Max Clunie Colisieum, indoors at it's finest. Lots of bulls and video replay.

Happy Birthday, Ryan Byrne!

From the pink stripes to the painted smile, Ryan Byrne was more than a bullfighter; he was a symbol of courage, loyalty, and heart in the rodeo arena.

For 14 straight years, he stood in the dirt at the Canadian Finals Rodeo. In 1986, he became the only Canadian ever selected as a bullfighter for the NFR, a title he held until 2013. Whether it was the Calgary Stampede, Ponoka, or even the Olympic Rodeo in '88, Ryan brought his signature mix of warmth and grace every time.

More than a protector, Ryan mentored rising talent, promoted rodeo with professionalism, and poured into his family and community with equal heart.

Happy birthday to a man who never walked away from the fight—even while retired—and made rodeo stronger because of it ~ Amber Hay, on behalf of your CRHA Board
