We would like to extend the heartiest of thanks to Conexus Credit Union for their continued support of our financial literacy programs.

Thank you to everyone, including Mayor Powalinsky and his sweet pup, who stopped by our table last Saturday at the Farmers' Market. We always enjoy talking about literacy, giving away books and making balloon animals. Special thanks to the Farmers' Market coordinators who provide us with a space each year.

Are you looking for something to do on Saturday, Sept. 12? Come join us at the Farmer's Market to celebrate International Literacy Day. We will have snacks, free books and balloon animals.

Literacy is a fundamental human right for all! International Literacy Day (ILD) is officially celebrated around the world each year on September 8 to remind us of the critical importance of literacy for creating a more literate, just, peaceful, and sustainable society. We will be celebrating ILD day at the Prince Albert Farmer's Market on September 12 from 9am to 12pm. We would love to see you there!
