🐴Day 4 of our August 2026 Cartier EAL Certification🚨

Day 4 is already here! today the facilitators in training learned all about maximizing strengths and minimizing challanges in a very powerful exercise called "Musketeers". They also got tons of hands on facilitation time in the afternoon with one of our volunteer groups.

On to our final day!

We are half way there! Day 3 is such a fun one learning all about clear communication in an exercise called "Who's the Brain?". They also got to spend the afternoon facilitating one of our volunteer groups!

On to day 4!

what an awesome day 2! The facilitators in training got some classroom work done in the morning and then spent the afternoon all hands on in the arena facilitating!

They also got to participate in an exercise called "Blindmans Adventure" learning all about building & maintaining trust.

On to our Day 3!

🐴Day 1 of our Cartier EAL August 2026 Certification is underway!🚨

Day 1 is always a huge one for our facilitators in training. The day starts in the classroom going over so many core fundamentals, and then we spend the afternoon facilitating hands on!

We always wrap the day up with the facilitators in training participating in one of our favourite exercises "At the End of your Rope" where participants learn all about "what you bring to the team as an individual"

On to day 2!

Over the last year we have been working on a new tool and website for all of our Facilitators Certified in Cartier EAL through both Cartier Farms Equine Assisted Learning, & Dreamwinds Equine Assisted Learning Centre . This idea has now become a reality with "EAL Certified". This website will host all of our Certified Facilitators business's in an easy to use website that showcases their services, offerings, location, socials, websites, interactive maps, and so much more! This comes fully Free of Charge to all of our Certified Facilitators.

Our August Certification at Cartier Farms just north of Prince Albert is next week and we are looking for participants ages 8 - adults to join us in EAL Exercises. No experience is necessary, no cost to the participant, and we have 4 days to choose from!
