Fibre Space is a community project for the purpose of supporting the growing interest in local fibre and fashion, and to gather direction for future continuing education workshops and courses that go beyond what the fibre space will offer.

A stitch and chat session today with some interesting discussions, sharing of experiences and collaboration.

We meet on Thursdays from 11 am until 2.30pm in the basement/hall at St David's and St Paul's Church in Townsite on Sycamore Street. Parking is available on Sycamore Street or on the lane beside the church.
Follow the path beside the Cob Bus Shelter.
If the sign/sandwich board is out then the doors will be unlocked.
Come and join us, all skill levels welcome.
Bring a project to work on and your own refreshments, we'd love to see you.

A pleasant day of slow stitching with friends.
It was great to welcome back some of those who have been on summer break.
Please note that if our sign is out then Fibre Space is in session. With the advent of cooler and windier weather we may have to keep the door closed.
We meet on Thursdays from 11 am until 2.30 pm at St David's and St Paul's Church on Sycamore Street in Townsite. Just follow the path beside the Cob Bus Shelter.
There is parking on Sycamore Street or on the lane beside the church.
All skill levels welcome. Bring a project to work on and your own refreshments.

Below are photos of some of the projects being worked on at this week's Drop In session.

Drop In sessions are held on Thursdays from 11 am until 2.30 pm at St David's and St Paul's Church on Sycamore Street in Townsite.
Parking is available on Sycamore Street or on the lane beside the church, off Sycamore Street.
We meet in the basement/hall which is accessed via the path beside the Cob Bus Shelter, our sandwich board sign will be beside it.

We welcome newcomers of all skill levels.
We have a sewing machine and a serger available plus large cutting boards and rotary cutters as well as space to put large tables together for working flat on large projects.
Bring a project to work on, come for a visit to chat and see what we're about plus your own refreshments.
