Ontario athletes, or even university students heading west. Great opportunity to meet some awesome people and create an atmosphere!

An open call for tryouts for all Para athletes!

If you are an athlete ages 16+ with an upper limb impairment and interested in trying to transfer your athletic skills to a new sport with a direct pathway to Paralympic Classification & Qualification events, you can apply to try out for the program!

No combat sports or martial arts experience necessary. Opportunities available for fully sponsored training & funding for events, for those selected.

We currently have an athlete & our head coach on the Canadian Para Team on the journey for LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032 Paralympics and are looking for more motivated athletes to join the squad!

Contact us if interested. See if we can transfer your skills to Olympic Taekwondo and become the next Paralympian from our community!

Good luck and happy first day to all of our students!

We will be awaiting our afterschool arrivals today!

No uniforms will be needed for the first 2 days will be doing some fun fitness afterschool and then Friday will be a free-games day. We will be doing locker and cubby assignment. If you do bring your uniform you can toss it in your locker.

All paperwork will be at the gym today for parents so if you have any questions feel free to ask us, if I have your registration form from last year and your returning and nothing has changed for contact info that is also perfect no paperwork required.
