Our food bank shelves are running very low, and we are in need of the following items:

Spaghetti /Pasta
Soup
Canned Meat (e.g., tuna, chicken, ham)
Beans / Stew
Peanut Butter / Jam

Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference for families in our community who are struggling.

If you're able, please consider picking up a few extra items on your next grocery trip and dropping them off at Sobeys, Co-op or our location 220 Duke Ave. (Tuesday-Thursday 9-3) Your support helps ensure we can continue to meet the growing need of more than 400 families a month.
