With the warmer December temperatures in the prairies, we may need to be convinced that winter is truly here! ❄️
Are you curious about whether or not you should wrap an evergreen for the winter months?
We recommend installing a burlap wall on either side of the plant, rather than wrapping. Keep enough space between the plant and each side of the wall to ensure adequate air circulation. This will protect it from the winter sun and drying winds.
With such beautiful weather, it’s the perfect time to install a few burlap walls!

Early last week we wrapped up another outdoor growing season!

It’s Feature Friday! ✨
We absolutely love how Shining Star™ Little Bluestem Grass looks in the fall. In the summer months, unique green and creamy white variegated foliage forms a compact clump.
