🍁Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!🍂

09/11/2026

The 2026/27 nursery year is off to a great start at Stepping Stones!!🍎🎨

It has been a pleasure welcoming back some familiar faces and getting to know the children joining me for the first time. The classroom has been busy with play, learning, activities, exploring, making friends and enjoying some very healthy appetites at snack and lunchtime!!

I’m especially proud of how well all of the children have settled into their routines. They have stayed for their entire classes, joined in with activities and managed the transition so well — even those experiencing their first time away from their parents.👏

As the year unfolds, I’m looking forward to watching each child grow in confidence, build their self-help skills, and continue to develop socially, emotionally and cognitively through play, friendships and all the experiences nursery has to offer.

I’m excited for the 2026/27 nursery year ahead and feel very lucky to be part of each child’s journey.

To all of last year’s preschoolers who are starting Junior Kindergarten, I hope you’ve had a great first week and wish you all the very best for the year ahead!! 🌟📚
