Port Moody and the city of Vancouver have some things in common. For instance? They are both land locked. The ocean front and mountains give limited space for Port Moody to build. However, there have been some new areas that have come available to developers.
With the old firehall location on the corner of Murray and Ioco, there could be some new developments in the near future coming.
