We just celebrated DLD (Developmental Language Disorder) day last week! More often, I find difficult to propose specific startegies that work in the classroom. This is a great article to share with teachers for the benefit of all purposes students but particularly those with DLD. https://www.tes.com/magazine/teaching-learning/general/helping-pupils-developmental-language-disorder Did you know that 1 in 14 kids have DLD? That means an average of 2 per classroom and sadly, it is commonly undiagnosed.

We hear of so many developmental delays nowadays and we want to prevent them. DO NOT WAIT AND SEE! You have a doubt? Check it out and learn what to do so your baby or toddler does not fall into a cascading delay. There are very early and effective strategies. I’m here to support you if you need help.
