What do we actually use for reading material? 📚👀

So many different things! From cvc readers to flash cards and supplementary stories - we have reading material suitable for all ages and reading levels.

Every student is different, so having a wide variety to select for each student is so important.

In addition to the books we purchase, we also create our own reading material. This ensures the content is completely phonetically controlled and suitable for students at specific points in our program.

Looking for extra reading material to practice at home? We’re happy to send students with resources at their instructional level to keep progress going even when they’re not at the Center!

If your child becomes frustrated during reading, avoids books, or seems to work much harder than their peers, it may be a sign they need additional support.

Early intervention can make a meaningful difference in both reading skills and confidence.

Every student is unique & every child learns differently.
