Sin agaibh e!

Tha a’ chlann uile àiridh air urram airson an adhartas a rinn iad air a' Ghàidhlig an t-seachdain seo. Tha sinn cho taingeil airson a’ chuideachaidh a fhuair sinn bho Oifis Iomairtean na Ghàidhlig, Freumh is Fàs, Sioramachd Inibhirnis, Clanna nan Gàidheal, Bearnag Chaimbeul, Raibeart Pringle, agus a' choimhearsnachd fhéin. Tha Campa Sheumais fada 'nur comain. Tapadh leibh dha na seinneadaran, na ceòlairdaran, agus a h-uile duine a thàinig dha 'n a' chéilidh. Tha sibh a’ toirt taic do Ghàidheil na h-Alba Nuaidhe agus an cànan ’s cultar.

Mar a chanadh Seumas MacBhatair, nach maireann, Nàisean nan Gàidheal!

That’s a wrap!

The children are deserving of a lot of praise for all of the Gaelic they learned this week. We are so thankful for the help we received from Oifis Iomairtean na Gàidhlig / Office of Gaelic Affairs, Freumh is Fàs: Intentional Gàidhlig Community, Municipality of Inverness county, Antigonish Highland Society, Bernadette Campbell, Rob Pringle, and the community itself. Campa Sheumais is indebted to your support. A big thank you to our singers, musicians, and everyone else that came out to our end of camp gathering as we continue to advocate for the Gaels of Nova Scotia and our language and culture.

As Seumas Watson would say, We are supporting a Gaelic cultural nation!

Lili, Victoria, and Alasdair.

Thig dha 'n talla ann a Màbu an Iar aig uair feasgar a-màireach. Bìdh cèol, naidheachdan, agus òran neo dhà ann. Carson nach tig sibh?

That’s the fourth day done. It’s hard to believe it’s going by so fast. We would like to invite family, friends, and community members to our end of camp gathering at the West Mabou hall at 1:00pm tomorrow. We will have music, stories, and a song or two. Won’t you come?
