These burgers were the size of our faces. They were very accommodating with our allergies. No, reactions at all with the celiacs in my family the next day.

This was the most amazing crepe we had in Spain. It was so good we need to figure out a way to franchise it here in British Columbia, Canada.

Cafuné Patisseria & Cafè de espcialidad. The cake was so delicate so soft. The alfajores was so decadent. The cookie was glutenous size. Love this Cafe.

Why does Spain have to have the best gluten free croissants. Look at the layers and the flakiness. It was sooooooo good and I would say the closest gluten free croissant I have ever tasted. We purchased every single puff pastry dessert they had. Hahahahah

It was a dream walking into a dedicated pizza place. If we could we would have tried all the flavors. Hahaha all the pizza was so good.

I know its been awhile, However, I am back with a revision on my gingerbread cookies. I think sandwiched cookies are the best! Creamy filling Yum!

Mandarin Cake with whipped cream and topped with a fresh mandarin slice on top. So light, and fluffy!

I am not sure why I never thought of having gyozas open faced, why go through all the trouble of trying to make gluten free dumpling flour to behave like regular wheat flour. With open faced potstickers you have all the flavours there,less time trying to shaped them and more time eating them.

Hubby and I only had time to drive by grab a desert as he drove me to work. Hahahhaha, we try to fit in some time even if it's just a few minutes.
Oh life...lol I only remembered to snap a photo of it half way through and after biting into it. Hahahha
