Mz. Shine's Cup Cakery Formally known as Mz. Shine's Cup Cakery. Still baking cakes but now we have added a culinary twist to it. We have Gone Against The Grain.

My Kitchen is 100% gluten free. This is where we will be testing and tasting all kids of food and desserts.

One pan chicken dinner, not sure what you call it. I sauted garlic and onions with tomatoes added herbs and cream. Salt and pepper and served it over rice.

As per the bride and grooms request, I have made the most lemony cake ever. The filling would make you pucker up if eaten alone. As, avid lemon eaters it still didn't faze them. Hahahaha

This cake was the hardest cake I think I have ever made. Even though I used ribbon. Square cakes are harder than round ones in my opinion. Lol
