I still had a lot of zucchini left, so I had to do chocolate zucchini muffins, these tasted so good.

Zucchini Muffins, I had so many Zucchinis. So what do you do when life give you zucchinis? Make them into muffins, bread, soups, taters, fries, add them into pasta, make curry, and just eat them raw. Muffins are my favorite.

Homemade Corn Tortillia. We used a pot lid to cut out the exact size no need to weigh out each tortilla just roll it out and use the lid to cut the part out. Very helpful if the lid is stainless rather than glass

Hahaha the song is hilarious, However, I have been getting really dry falafels in all the places I have gone to lately and its been really disappointing so here we are making it at home and it is so good and so moist and with the fresh herbs it was so flavourful.

Mexican Food is our go to, whenever traveling to the states as naturally they don't use wheat gluten in their meals. Need to watch out for their tortillas. However, you don't need it at all with this meal.

Sooooo, these were the only things we could eat that was safely, gluten free. Please bring food with you if you decide to go.

These burgers were the size of our faces. They were very accommodating with our allergies. No, reactions at all with the celiacs in my family the next day.
