Our system uses age based classes to teach a blend of traditional and modern martial arts styles that focus on keeping our members safe and healthy both in and out of the training center. Our system is built by child development experts, and mental wellness professionals in corroboration with incredible martial artists and leaders. We hire local teens and adults and train them professionally through our own Instructor Academy, as well as seminars and events taught by 4th and 5th Degree Black Belts along with clinical counsellors, kinesiologists, and other health care professionals. At Excel, we promote participation, as well as honesty and integrity, as a means to discovering one's greatness. Martial arts training supports positive development of self-confidence and self-esteem, while improving physical fitness and mental wellness.
