I am Katerina Bela at BelaFit.ca

My name is Katerina BELA. I am a 38yo fitness enthusiast living in Beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Throughout my entire life, including two pregnancies, having a healthy fit body was my top priority. I’m happy to report, I have developed my own workout routine that, hopefully, will help YOU to look and feel your best! My sports career started when I was 6 years old and since that it’s become my lifestyle. Originally from Minsk Belarus, I’ve been on Belarus’ athletics national team for 4 years, volleyball team, running, and bicycle (up to 80km per day). I was a CrossFit enthusiast and worked out with one of the best in the country personal trainer, learning many advanced Exercise Techniques. After having 2 kids, and working hard to get back in shape postpartum, I created my own program with resistance bands. My BelaFit workout with resistance bands will bring you beautiful body shape, weight loss, endurance, and self-confidence. The most beautiful thing: you can work out anytime and everywhere, just have your resistance band in the pocket. My fitness program with resistance bands is “joints-friendly” unlike exercises with weights. BelaFit’s variety of exercises with resistance bands and without, including a stretching routine, will result in an amazing transformation for your body! Guaranteed.
