Jelly season is back in session! The first market is coming up on November 2 at Terry Fox Secondary School in Port Coquitlam.

This year I've brought back the 7 delicious jelly flavours!

If you're interested in elevating your charcuterie board, next meal or use in your favourite cocktail/mocktail, I've got you covered. Maybe you'll use a jelly as a spread with your toast, bagel or waffles in the morning, or maybe it's topping your meat at dinner. I have a selection of easy to prepare handcrafted cocktails providing an opportunity to use jelly in a drink and with ingredients that you likely already have at home, or are easily accessible.

What a fun day yesterday! Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello and try some new (or oldies but goodies) flavours of jellies! It makes me happy to see those willing to try a unique flavour combination than what they're used to seeing!

Sadly I won't be at any more markets before Christmas, but that doesn't mean you can't get anymore jellies! I sell year 'round, and provide delivery within the tricites or porch pick-up for everyone! It's been another year and I'm getting my jellies set for the fall/winter season and upcoming markets. Last year I had four amazing jelly flavours, but of course I had to tinker around and create some new delicious options.

This year I have 7 fabulous jelly flavours to present!

I originally started my company with a love of charcuterie, but what I've noticed is that while some people love a good spread to serve their jelly with, others don't care for it. If you're interested in jazzing up your charcuterie board, that's great! If you're looking for something more or just don't care for the board, I want to take jellies beyond basics, not only to serve with your next meal, but also use it in your favourite cocktail/mocktail. Making jellies can take time, especially when infusing your juice. If you love orange marmalade, you'll love my orange fennel jelly. Wonderful orange flavour with a hint of fresh fennel. I love it on my toast/English muffin. DM for inquiries!
