SUMMER FARM MOVEMENT CLASSES FOR ADULTS 🌿

Mondays at 6:30PM | Port Coquitlam

A weekly outdoor movement class designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and enjoy movement in a beautiful farm setting surrounded by animals and nature.

Imagine:

💪 strength and mobility training on horseback

Classes will blend:
• cardio
• strength
• flexibility & mobility

We believe that great horsemanship isn’t just about riding — it’s about responsibility, empathy, and respect for the animals who make this sport possible.

Our program is built around the core principles of ethical horse care:
Freedom, Friends, and Forage.
Horses are allowed to move, to socialize, and to live as naturally as possible. They have access to turnout, companionship, and consistent forage — because that’s what their bodies and minds are designed for.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-managed environment where every horse receives individual attention. Soundness, proper nutrition, regular veterinary and farrier care, and appropriate workload are non-negotiable standards here.

Just as importantly, we teach our riders that horses are not tools — they are partners.
Every lesson is an opportunity to build trust, communication, and understanding. We focus on developing thoughtful, compassionate riders who value connection over control.

Because good riding starts with good care — and ethical horsemanship should never be optional.

Our Kids Horse & Farm Camp is the perfect mix of riding, animals, and hands-on farm fun!
