For this week’s Resource Wednesday, I would like to share Minecraft Education Edition!
This is a tool that students can play! It is used at schools however it can available for students to use at home too!
This is a free app however you may need to check with the school if they can use their school email account. They have worlds and preset activities for anything from Science and Math to Social Emotional Learning as well as Climate & Sustainability!
It can really be a lot of fun!

For this week’s Resource Wednesday, I would like to share Lalilo!
This is a tool commonly used at schools however it is available for students to use at home too!
Lalilo is a fun program for young readers (Kinder to Grade 2) that works on foundational literacy reading skills. It is designed to support explicit instruction in phonics, phonology, and phonemic awareness.

This is a resource that I’ve used as a parent and an educator to help kids with socio-emotional learning in regulating their emotions and finding which strategies can work for them!
Plus they have awesome “Friday Free Printables” suited for ages 4-10 that are sent right to your email when you sign up on their page!

Hello!
I wanted to take some time to introduce myself and let you know a little about me!
My name is Brittney Bradt (Madame. B). I'm thrilled to be taking on this tutoring adventure.
During my career, I've worked in a variety of roles, such as an early childhood educator and an educational assistant.
I have made it my personal goal to learn the different aspects of educating, motivating, inspiring, and advocating for children. I strive to ensure that every child I interact with feels a sense of belonging, understanding and well-being, and understands their full of potential. I enjoy learning and developing personally, but also as a co-learner with children. My passion for working in the field of education has truly motivated me to share experiences and opportunities for exploration in a joint effort to work, with children and their families, and learn together in a thriving and inclusive environment.

Je voulais prendre le temps de me présenter et de vous en dire un peu plus sur moi!
Je m’appelle Brittney Bradt (Madame B). Je suis contente de prendre cette aventure comme tutorat.
Durant ma carrière, j’ai travaillé dans différents rôles, cela inclut une éducatrice de la petite enfance, et une aide-enseignante.
Je me suis fixé comme objectif personnel d'apprendre les différents aspects de l'éducation, de la motivation, de l'inspiration et de la défense des enfants. Je m'efforce de faire en sorte que chaque enfant avec lequel j'interagis ressente un sentiment d'appartenance, de compréhension et de bien-être, et comprends tout leur potentiel. J'aime apprendre et me développer personnellement, mais aussi en tant que co-apprenante avec les enfants. Ma passion pour le travail dans le domaine de l'éducation m'a vraiment motivée à partager des expériences et des opportunités d'exploration dans un effort commun de travail, avec les enfants et leurs familles, et d'apprentissage ensemble dans un environnement prospère et inclusif.
