nd her way to Port Alberni in January 2014. She enjoys camping and fishing trips with family and friends, as well as hiking and paddle boarding adventures with her dog. Caitlin specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation through exercise. She recently trained as a Stott Pilates instructor and is looking forward to seeing the benefits that Pilates brings to people with biomechanical pain. She also has a great talent for transitioning people back to work after injury, whether it be through guidance and education or through exercise.
