We had a great class last night...and guess who showed up with his son Amrith? Vinay! One of our founders. It was nice to practice with you again my friend 😃

Our holiday party...good times were had by all!!! And such good food! Thank you everyone for making it a great evening.😃

Our own "field of dreams". We started up at the Pointe-Claire Aquatic center almost a year ago after more than 2 years off the mat ...We've continued to steadily grow and show no signs of slowing down. Thanks to all the people that have supported us. Happy Birthday Mandala Aikido!

And...we're open! Monday night was our first night back practicing on the mats in a little over 2 years. We had a great time setting up, cleaning and getting in a few techniques. No ukemi yet...we don't want to lose anyone on the first night!
