It is with great sadness that I am announcing the closure of my home daycare, which I have owned and operated for twelve years. My last day of operation will be August 28th. The Legault government has decreed that private home daycares will cease to exist in Quebec as of September 2026. This decision is unfortunate, as it will result in a reduction of six daycare spaces, limiting options for families who prefer smaller settings for their children and impacting dedicated small business owners in the childcare and education sector. It has been a great privilege and a pleasure to care for your children. We have created many long lasting memories and I hope I had a lasting impact on your family!
