1, Starting a Business 创业培训 AVS 5556
What are the Program Objectives?
*To start up a business
*To draw up a business plan
*To apply business management concepts
*To apply sales techniques
*To negotiate financing for a firm
How to study?
* Total 330 hours All here in our school
*In Class: 1 day 6 hours per week, professor teaching.
*Out Class: other 4 days per week, researching, planning etc., paper
work by yourself.
*Complete the course: by Team Working finishing a Business Plain.

What are the Program Objectives?
*To greet the clientele
*To use the equipment and products
*To examine and determine skin types
*To provide facial, hand and foot care
*To apply makeup
*To perform hair removal
*To perform sales and management related tasks
How to study?
*116 hours Theoretical Courses here in our school， other 1234hours Instrument operation & technical courses learning at
Laurier Macdonald Vocational Centre (5025 Jean-Talon East Street)
*3 - 4days per week at 6pm-10pm, from Monday to Thursday.

What’s the Financial Help?
The Loans and Bursaries program is administered by Aide Financière aux Etudes (AFE), of the Quebec government and is intended to help Quebeckers who do not have sufficient financial resources to pursue full-time studies. Students receiving welfare or employment insurance during their studies are not eligible for Loans and Bursaries.
How to qualify the L&B?
To qualify for the Loans and Bursaries Program, you must:
*Be a Quebec resident at the time of your application.
*Be admitted to a recognized educational institution.
*Be pursuing full-time studies or are deemed to be pursuing full-time studies in a recognized program.
*Not exceed the maximum number of months of study for which financial assistance may be granted.
*Not have reached the debt limit established for your level of education, type of degree or program.
*Not have sufficient financial resources to pursue your studies.
How to apply for financial assistance?
*Apply on-line at the following address: www.afe.gouv.qc.ca and click on On-Line Access to Your File! (Please note that your parents or your spouse can also fill out their declaration forms on-line.)
*You can also visit the individual who is responsible for Loans and Bursaries at the vocational centre for an application form if you do not have access to the Internet.
How much L&B ?
Depending on your financial situation, up to $ 900 per month.
