The Tobique Valley Genealogy and Local History Group was founded in 2004, with the purpose of the promotion and advancement of the heritage of the Tobique Valley Region in Victoria County, New Brunswick. Here is the name key from the Mike Jarvis Collection. Notes on the photo back: Walter Thibodeau was the mill Foreman. He would fire his boys, and Mrs. Thibodeau would send them back!

We have a number of photos capturing village structures during Remembrance Day services. This photo is an excellent view of the "Ridgewell Building", later home to the Eaton's Order Office. The end facing uptown was a storefront. Dr. Coffin had his office on the second floor. When you came down the stairs and stepped off...you were physically standing on Main St..
