Reliability — the “R” in Brené Brown’s BRAVING inventory — is about something so simple, yet so powerful: doing what we say we’ll do.
It’s about becoming someone others can trust, but also learning to trust ourselves — our word, our boundaries, our commitments, and the promises we make to our own lives.
If this resonates, I’d love to stay connected. Join my newsletter for more reflections and practical tools, or explore my 1:1 sessions if you’re ready for a more personal space to reflect, grow, and move forward.

Can people count on you—or are you saying yes to more than you can actually carry? - https://mailchi.mp/3b634fc95d6e/what-makes-someone-trustworthy-17672565
Reliability isn’t about being perfect or always being available. It’s about doing what you say you’ll do, being realistic about your capacity, and speaking up when you can’t follow through. Sometimes, an honest “I can’t” builds more trust than a promise you can’t keep.

Boundaries aren’t walls—they’re bridges to healthier, more honest relationships. 💛
In the BRAVING framework, Brené Brown reminds us that trust grows when we can be clear about what’s okay for us, what isn’t, and what we need.
Setting a boundary is not rejection. It’s an act of self-respect—and a way of making trust safer for everyone.
What boundary are you learning to honour? 🌿

What if setting a boundary isn’t a withdrawal of trust, but an invitation to build it? - https://mailchi.mp/fde1bb018a51/what-makes-someone-trustworthy-17672471
When expectations remain unspoken and boundaries go uncommunicated, assumptions take over.
Boundaries aren't walls. They're clarity. And clarity is one of the foundations upon which trust is built.

What feels most challenging for you when it comes to trust?
Trusting others.
Trusting yourself.
Or rebuilding trust after it's been broken.
It's a question I've been sitting with lately, and one that seems to touch something deeply human.
Trust isn't just about other people. It's woven into the promises we keep to ourselves, the boundaries we honour, the risks we're willing to take, and the courage it takes to stay open after disappointment.
As we begin exploring Brené Brown's BRAVING framework, I'm curious:
✨ What has trust taught you?
✨ Where does trust feel strongest in your life?
✨ Where does it feel most fragile?
I'd love for you to share in the comments. And if trust is a tender topic in your life right now, know you're not alone.

This month, I'm beginning a new series inspired by Brené Brown's BRAVING framework and exploring what it truly means to build trust—with others and with ourselves. - https://mailchi.mp/045dccbc8317/what-makes-someone-trustworthy
If trust feels tender, complicated, or worth exploring, I'd be honoured to support you through a 1:1 conversation.
With love, always...

We've officially busted the myths.
Over the past few weeks, we've unpacked some of the biggest misconceptions about vulnerability—what it is, what it isn't, and why it's one of the greatest strengths we can develop.
But here's the thing...
Understanding vulnerability is only the beginning.
You don't become more vulnerable by consuming content. You become more vulnerable by practicing it. In the small moments. The uncomfortable conversations. The times you choose courage over certainty.
That's why I'm so excited to share my 30-Day Vulnerability Challenge—because real transformation happens through consistent practice, not perfection.
If you've enjoyed this series, I hope you'll join me for the next 30 days as we put these ideas into action, one simple step at a time.
And if you're ready to explore your own journey on a deeper, more personal level, my 1:1 coaching offers a supportive space to build courage, strengthen self-trust, and create meaningful change. I'd love to walk alongside you. And, I invite you to join my newsletter for more. 🔗 Link in bio.
The myths may be behind us... now the real practice begins. 💛
Who's joining the challenge?

After 7 weeks of exploring Brené's myths of vulnerability, here's what I keep coming back to:
Understanding vulnerability is one thing. Practising it is another.
So I'm inviting you to join me for a 30-Day Vulnerability Challenge—one small act of courage each day. 🤍 - https://mailchi.mp/b45ff46a9a19/30-day-courage-challenge-17672203

Empathy doesn't begin when we assume we understand someone else's experience.
It begins with curiosity.
Curiosity invites us to pause our assumptions and make room for someone else's reality. Instead of trying to relate too quickly, we can choose to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and trust that every person's story deserves to be understood on its own terms.
This week's reflection explores why empathy isn't about having the right answers—it's about having the willingness to stay curious, especially when someone's experience is different from our own. 🤍
I'd love to welcome you into our newsletter community for more reflections like this—or, if you're ready to explore these conversations more deeply, let's connect for a 1:1 coaching session. You'll find both through the link in bio. 🔗

What feels vulnerable to you may not feel vulnerable to someone else. - https://mailchi.mp/40b141ce478c/daring-challenge-17672029
That's the heart of Brené Brown's newest myth of vulnerability—and perhaps one of the most important reminders of all.
When we replace assumptions with curiosity, we make room for empathy.
If this reflection resonates with you and you'd like to explore your own story more deeply, I'd love to connect through a 1:1 coaching conversation. 🤍
