Last week, we were treated to a special visit from the Wild Willy’s Ice Cream truck! 🍦

Students and staff enjoyed a delicious frozen treat. There were lots of smiles, excitement, and happy faces as everyone had the opportunity to enjoy some tasty ice cream.

Last week, a group of our students had the exciting opportunity to attend Olympic Day! 🏅

Students participated in a variety of fun and active events, challenged themselves through sports and teamwork activities, and learned about the Olympic values of excellence, friendship, and respect. It was a wonderful day filled with energy, enthusiasm, and school spirit! 💚

We are so proud of the positive attitude and sportsmanship our students demonstrated throughout the day. Way to go! 🎉

Nos élèves de 3e année ont vécu une journée des plus enrichissantes au site archéologique d’interprétation Droulers Tsiionhiakwatha!

Cette sortie leur a permis de consolider leurs apprentissages sur les Iroquoiens en découvrant les maisons longues, en observant de véritables artefacts et en participant à une amusante chasse aux énigmes. Ils ont également eu la chance de s’initier à la crosse, un sport traditionnel d’une grande importance culturelle. Une expérience éducative et interactive qui a su captiver la curiosité de tous! 💚

Our Grade 2 students had an exciting day exploring the wonders of science at the Science Centre! 🔬✨

Throughout their visit, students participated in hands-on activities, discovered fascinating exhibits, and learned about the world around them through interactive experiences. From exploring science and technology to asking thoughtful questions and making new discoveries, it was a day filled with curiosity, learning, and fun!

Please join us for our annual Family Dance from 7-9pm in the gym at the school on June 12th. 🪩

The cost is $3 / person or $10 / family. There will be a DJ, raffle prizes, Grad Corner and snacks for sale. This is a cash only event.

‼️Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult. Children who show up without a parent will be turned away.

What an exciting and energetic experience for our students earlier this week! We had the pleasure of welcoming the Montreal Steppers to our school, where they taught us some amazing stepping moves and rhythms. Students had so much fun learning new steps, moving to the beat, and participating in this interactive experience.

We also learned about the history and cultural significance of stepping, discovering how it has roots in tradition, expression, teamwork, and community. It was a wonderful opportunity for students to learn, move, and celebrate culture through music and movement.

Grade 1 is having fun with their Alphabet countdown! Today the theme was Ideas for the letter I. In teams, they used their STEM skills to create a bridge that would transport a creature to the other side. They learned how to work together and if all else fails, to laugh it off!

Our Grade 4, 5 & 6 students showed incredible determination and school spirit throughout the day. From running events to jumping and throwing activities, students gave it their all and represented our school with pride! 💚

We are so proud of their positive attitudes, encouragement toward one another, and outstanding effort. A big thank you to the staff and volunteers who helped make the day such a success!
