With heavy hearts, Blair and I made the difficult decision to lay Andy🐴 to rest last week, on a good day, before his pain became too much and the harshness of winter arrived. Andy was ready, but we were not 💔
Through Andy's gentle presence, he graciously shared his gifts of kindness, intentional energy, and the ability to support everyone around him. Andy will be forever in our hearts 💕
Blair and I would like to extend our gratitude to
Dr. Laura Greaves and her compassionate team from the Sherwood Animal Clinic 🙏

With an aging herd and special supplements for Andy, my mornings start early everyday. Morning chores make me appreciate my four legged family of 11 (5🐴's, 2 🐕's and 4 🐱's) and the wisdom they share with me when I am mindful, aware, and present. Maybe one of these messages will resonate with you!

A few moments from Equines and Energy yesterday. You see a horse with you eyes but you feel a horse with your soul ✨💚🐴💜
