Come meet us and learn about our small Waldorf elementary school set on an organic farm. We serve children in K-Gr 5 with a hands-on, nature-based approach to learning.
This will be our very first public event as a school - and we can’t wait to connect with local families.

✨ Our school is filled with light, laughter, and Lunar New Year joy!
A special thank you to Leslie and Jasmine (Lennon & River’s parents) for sharing Faye’s Lantern, red envelopes, and delicious noodles and dumplings with the children. 🏮🥢
We made lanterns, lifted long life noodles into the air to send up our wishes, and tried new foods - celebrating light, hope, and community together.

Today, we wear our Orange Shirts to honour the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Thank you to our teacher, Kaya’tahente Smart, for leading today’s special morning circle and sharing a smudge, a story and a beautiful song of unity.

Our first week back at school began under bright skies and a feeling of promise. We gently settled into the rhythm of the new year with abundant outdoor play, shared meals, focused creative and practical arts, and plenty of song and movement.
In the dappled light and soft breezes of Cedar Grove, the children’s creativity began to bloom beautifully.
It fills us with joy to begin this shared journey - growing together through learning and play 🍃
