Getting ready for an awesome afterschool lesson and always making time for a dance break ! Just get up and dance even for 1 minute!! Get those stress wiggles out and be glad to be alive !

Nature journaling workshop , jungle cafe and in er shift meditation finished off with tacos of course ! Great day number 3 !

Day two , yoga and sound healing , colour theory and practice technique, breathwork and art, topped with an evening out in town .

First day was a hit , from calming herbal workshop to laughs with good food! Thank you all for trusting your journey with me.

Had a blast at Noter Dame CSS! Working with the Core French students in creating a step by step painting . Learning French and English terms as we go! Great job everyone !
