COACHES CORNER IS HERE.
This is where we sharpen the CALL, control the BREATH and level up the STEP.
BIG ENERGY for Coach Stacey McAllister-Williams , Coach Asra , Coach Bree Noel and founding member Just Mi for stepping into the corner, getting uncomfortable and ATTACKING that JACK AROUND variation with me.
And a BIG shout out to Coach Gaby (Gab/Gabs[z])]) in Maryland for teaching me the fundamentals of this move, inspiring me to keep pushing my skill level, and influencing the way I call and coach it today.
But this is bigger than STEP.
We are Mothers. Wives. Professionals. Leaders. Women carrying full lives and real responsibilities.
And somehow, when we meet at the STEP, all of that gets lighter.
This is our escape.
Our release.
Our meeting place.
No matter what title we carry outside the room, when we get here, we are simply women learning, sweating, laughing, growing and pouring into one another.
That is why we keep coming back.
