We’re back! 🎉

Our summer camps are easily some of the most fun events of the year — and now it's your chance to step outside your comfort zone and experience what it’s like to train like a gymnast in our one day camp experience on August 23.

Expect a full day of movement, skill-building, and play in a supportive environment led by expert coaches who specialize in working with adults.

This year, we’re thrilled to host at the brand new Kawartha Gymnastics Club in Peterborough. It’s a beautiful space — check out their IG to sneak a peek 👀.

And don’t worry — we’ll adapt the day to meet the needs of the group. If you haven’t done gymnastics before, you’re still welcome!

That said: a base level of fitness is recommended, since it’s a full day of activity. (For example, you currently do some sort of weekly workouts, yoga, etc) Not sure if it’s a fit? Just DM us and we’ll help you decide.

👉 Spots are limited — we intentionally keep group sizes small so you get plenty of coaching, support, and equipment time.
